Jo-An Havlicek, age 65, of Johnstown, NY, passed away peacefully on Monday, July 25, 2022, at her home with her loving family by her side. Born on September 5, 1956, in Gloversville, NY, she was the daughter of Joel and Nancy (Fisher) Havlicek. She is survived by her mother, Nancy Lee (Fisher) Havlicek; brother, Gary Havlicek (Brigitte); sister, Karen Havlicek-Dwyer; nieces and nephews, Elizabeth Havlicek, Emily Havlicek, Courtney Kronk (Ryan), Taylor Black, Kendall Black, Chase Moen, Trevor Moen, Parker Moen, Shane Moen; half-sisters, Jennifer Moen (Dave), Michelle Havlicek Black; and her lifelong dog companion, Brown Sugar. Jo-An is predeceased by her father, Joel Joseph Havlicek; grandparents, Curtis Fisher (Lula), Joseph Havlicek (Ruth). In keeping with her wishes there will be no calling hours or funeral services. A celebration of life will be held at a later date to be determined by the family.
