Mary Colabello

Mary Colabello, 83, of Saratoga Springs (formerly of Gloversville), passed away on Wednesday, March 25, 2020 at her residence. She was born in Gloversville on March 27, 1936, a daughter of the late Gordon Almy and Mary Sullivan Almy. Mary was a graduate of Gloversville High School and was a homemaker to her late husband Frank and her family. She was of the Catholic faith, a communicant of the former Sacred Heart R.C. Church in Gloversville, the former Our Lady of Mount Carmel R.C. Church in Gloversville and St. Clement’s R.C. Church in Saratoga Springs. She is survived by one son Patrick Colabello (Sharon), one daughter Tina Kruger (John LaPosta); five grandchildren Mikayla Colabello, Kaitlynd Kruger, Cody Kruger, Shannon Couture and Megan Couture and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Mary was predeceased by her husband Frank Colabello whom she married on June 3, 1956 and whom passed on August 11, 2008. Private services will be conducted at the convenience of the family. Interment will be in Mount Carmel Cemetery, Gloversville. Contributions in Mary’s memory may be made to Saratoga Community Hospice, 179 Lawrence Street, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866.
